General guideline

This is a weekly meeting. Each meeting is scheduled for approximately 75-minutes, with one speaker. The rough layout is a 45-min talk followed by a 30-min discussion, but timing can certainly be flexible.
For participants: We encourage you, in particular students, to contact the organizers to suggest specific speakers and/or topics you want to hear about.
If you find someone you personally know from the "Guest Speaker Wishlist", please consider inviting them over for a guest seminar.
For speakers:
- Please kindly provide the organizers, specifically Chi-Thanh Nguyen, the title and abstract of your talk earlier than 7 days before your talk so that we can advertise it in the preceding seminar.
- This series aims to make current research topics more accessible to students and to celebrate research diversity. We therefore encourage speakers to tailor their talks specifically for students at the undergraduate and early graduate levels, as well as non-experts.
